Boys and Girls Camps Application - REGISTRATION FORM
The weekend camps are for high school varsity and junior varsity teams. The emphasis is on playing games and obtaining valuable game experience while having teams play as many games as possible over three days.
All games will be played on campus at Alvernia University, in both the brand new PLEX and the recently renovated PEC.
Teams attending camp must have at least 8 players per team. The camp will house and feed one (1) coach for every 8 players, extra coaches will be charged.
Food
Balanced meals each day to insure maximum nutritional value will be served in the University Dining area. Milk, fruit, and salad bar complement generous servings of meats and vegetables. First meal for team camp will be lunch on Friday.
Accomodations
All residence halls are equipped with air conditioning, refridgerators, microwaves, and sitting areas. Bed linens are not provided.

Final Payment
Only cash, money orders, or cashier's checks will be accepted at registration.
Insurance
Each camper must provide proof of family medical insurance. All insurance information on the application must be completed before the application is accepted.
Times
Residents and commuters attending all Team Camps should contact their coach for registration time. All registration will take place at Alvernia's Physical Education Center.
